By using Get Real, you agree to these legally binding terms.

You must be 13+ years old to use our service.

We may update these terms - continued use means acceptance.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior

Spam, automated messaging, or excessive content

Illegal content, hate speech, or harmful material

Impersonation or false identity claims

Maintain secure account credentials and report breaches

Send respectful, appropriate messages to others

Report violations and abusive behavior promptly

Back up important messages - we may delete content

We strive for 99%+ uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability

Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time

Major changes will be communicated with reasonable notice

You retain ownership of messages you send

We may review and remove inappropriate content

You grant us license to store and deliver your messages

Violating content may be removed without notice

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations

You may delete your account at any time in settings

Account data may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion

You may appeal account actions through our support channels

Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

We are not responsible for user-generated content

Liability limited to maximum extent permitted by law

No liability for third-party services or links

Reach out to our support team first

Mediation

Good faith attempt to resolve disputes

Arbitration

If we can't agree, we'll settle disputes with binding arbitration.
